Well, to start off, it was a very awesome platform very generous bonuses and I ran into an issue with having my account of my own. My husband has his account of his own however, due to my husband being literate, I sign in on my phone for my husband can play and customer service will not acknowledge that they close my account Saying that I have a duplicate account when that is not true like I said my husband has his own and I have my own and they’re considering that a duplicate account and that’s why I’m giving them a one star rating and I tried to get a hold of customer service several times for several days now and nobody answers me and they just ignore me. It’s sad because this could’ve been a wonderful platform to play on and I am devastated about this. I was so excited to be part of their members.
